Kristy Busija, ACC, BCC
Kristy Busija is an accomplished executive coach and leadership development consultant. She partners with leaders and teams to support life-affirming leadership, team, and organizational transformations.
Kristy has worked as an executive coach and of individual, team, and organizational transformation for over 20 years. She regularly facilitates transformational workshops and executive retreats. Kristy founded Next Conversation Coaching, LLC in 2017. Her ideal client engagements combine executive coaching, team learning and meaningful and measurable transformation. Kristy has worked on a both a national and international level with organizations such as: Kennametal, Albemarle Corporation, Providence Health & Services, Benteler Steel/Tube, Lumileds, Vallourec, University of Pittsburgh, Development Dimensions International, and Westinghouse.
Kristy received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and her Master's of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore. Kristy is a graduate of Coach Academy International's coaching program and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
