Team coaching helps the collective team reach its goals. We help the team define the desired outcome, identify and remove barriers to success and create realistic action plans for forward movement.

MENTOR COACHING
We provide Mentor Coaching to ACC-level coaches, those needing to satisfy the mentor coaching hours to apply for their initial credential, or coaches who want to sharpen their skills (no need to have credentials). We offer both group-based coaching and 1:1 coaching.
Action-Based Group Mentor Coaching
Our group mentor coaching program shows you how to apply the ICF competencies in real-world coaching scenarios. In addition, you will receive tools and resources that we personally use with clients, that you can use immediately. Here's what you will get in the program:

- (1) 1:1 session - topic of your choosing
- See the ICF competencies in action through coaching demonstrations, based on real-world scenarios we have encountered
- One year access to the coaching community
- Access to the resources/toolkits that we use in our own coaching practice

1:1 Mentor Coaching
If you are looking for an individualized and more tailored mentor coaching experience, you can schedule mentor coaching one hour at a time or in blocks of 5 or 10 hours. The fee for individual sessions is $250/hour or 5 sessions for $1,250. Let us know what you need and we can schedule an exploratory meeting.
